My iPhone 7 plus isn't being recognised by my computer (windows 10) and after following through this apple support page; https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204095 and many other apple support pages and discussions I still have the problem. I have tried updating the drivers but then I run into another problem and i get this message:

Find My Usb Device

When you plug the device into your USB, Windows will look for the associated driver, if it cannot find this driver then you will be prompted to insert the driver disc that came with your device. Common USB Device errors are ‘ usb port not working ‘, ‘device descriptor request failed error’ or ‘bugcodeusbdriver’ issues. You can also install custom Android USB drivers for windows that come from the official manufacturer’s site. These include Samsung USB drivers, HTC USB drivers, etc. You can find these on official manufacturers’ websites. Also read download manufacturer based Android USB drivers. In computing, firmware is a specific class of computer software that provides the low-level control for a device's specific hardware.Firmware can either provide a standardized operating environment for more complex device software (allowing more hardware-independence), or, for less complex devices, act as the device's complete operating system, performing all control, monitoring and data.
'Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device

One of the installers for this device cannot perform the installation at this time.
If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers.'
i have seen other discussions for this issue but none of the solutions worked and I suspect that this is because I have a different message 'One of the installers for this device cannot perform the installation at this time.' I have everything up to date and I cannot find any place to get the drivers, thanks in advance for the help. :)
